Certified Exit Planning Advisor Program EZPay Plan
The Exit Planning Institute's EZPay Plan, allows you to enroll in the Industry's most accredited professional certification training
program, Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).
Approved by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) to provide CPE credits
and accepted by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards (CFP®), EZPay Plan includes over 30 hours of
comprehensive instruction, case studies, group exercises and interactive discussions taught at the Gleacher Center, at the
University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business, by master facilitators, and by some of the industries most established
leaders worldwide.
To take advantage of EPI's new EZPay Plan, download the EZPay Plan form and the EPI New Member
Application below, complete both forms and fax them to the Exit Planning Institute at (847) 458-2124.
EZPay Plan allows major credit card holders (only) to make a one time payment of $1,500 to the Exit
Planning Institute by bank check or charge, thus registering qualified applicants to the CEPA certification program. The
remainder enrollment balance of $1,795 plus 3.5% interest, ($1,857.83) will be charged on or near the 1st of each
month to the applicants authorized credit card in twelve (12) monthly installments in the amount of $154.82, free of prepayment
penalties.
