LOI and Purchase Agreement
Attorneys will discuss a number of material buy-sell agreement issues and represent their clients’ best interests in a mock discussion to highlight key issues, strategies to resolve and answer questions. The discussion will cover some of the top issues that business owners and buyers face in crafting, negotiating and successfully completing complex transactions. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of key issues that are common in letters-of-intent and their related buy-sell agreements, along with the various means to address them.
