Glen Hampton, CEPA, President Equilibrium IT Solutions Inc.

Glen Hampton is a serial entrepreneur and perhaps the first and currently only Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), with an Information Technology (IT) consulting background.

Glen’s entrepreneurial career in Information Technology began 25 years ago at Hampton Systems Group, his family’s LAN/WAN systems integration firm.   Glen and his family sold their business to US Connect Chicago, Glen then was a founder of Rapid Application Deployment, Inc. (RapidApp), a IT consulting firm focused on deploying infrastructure projects for fortune 1000 clients. Glen’s business development expertise combined with his technical background grew this company to over 35 full time IT professionals before he sold his equity to his partners and management team.

Continuing to capitalize on his entrepreneurial spirit, in 2004, Glen founded Equilibrium IT Solutions, Inc. which has grown to a staff of approximately 36 full time employees.
