Many business owners assume that they will eventually sell to key employees.   But, they give very little thought to all of the issues that need to be considered to insure a successful ownership transition. Nor do they realize how long it will take to prepare and execute such a strategy.

This session will focus on all of the practical considerations regarding the viability of selling their single largest asset to employees and the risk it poses to their retirement planning, their long term financial security and cash flow. The panel will offer solutions to insure a successful outcome.
