During this consulting workshop the professional advisor in an interactive setting will go through three modules which help to understand the process to conduct the enterprise value assessment while creating effective actions plans from it, will learn effective ways to engage the business owner and manage the value acceleration engagement, get a full review of the tools and deliverables used with owners to help them create action and move through the process and understand how effectively manage teams of professional advisors from multiple disciplines.

8:00am – 11:15am Module One: Conducting the Enterprise Value Assessment Part 1 & 2
The EVA Tool is used as a catalyst for the enterprise value assessment and analyzing both exit attractiveness and readiness of a business owners company. This tool is completed through an interview process with the business owner that can last up to six hours. Learn the effective ways to conduct this interview with the owner while using the enterprise value assessment tool. Learn how to score the owner, ask thought provoking questions and help the owner navigate through the process.
11:15am – 12:15pm Module Two: Effective Owner Engagement and Project Management Part 1
From the EVA Tool a list of action items are made. Upon delivery of the action item report the professional advisor needs to be able to effectively have the client take action while managing not only the overall process but the client’s expectations throughout the process while delivering on their objectives. This module reviews key tools and deliverable to manage that process and incorporate key philosophies from The Rockefeller Habits.

3:00pm – 4:30pm Module Three: Leadership and Organizational Skills for Professional Advisors
In order to become a true change agent and create value for both the clients business, their employees and their families you have to be able to manage multiple different advisors, team members and personalities. Learn the proper project management skills to see the engagement through while learning the skills needed to manage a multi-disciplinary team of advisors and manage the clients expectations and their employees involved in the process.
